Refund & Returns Policy — Powdery Paws

We stand behind the quality of every Powdery Paws product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original, sealed packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened or Partially Used Products Due to the nature of our nutritional supplements, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used products unless the item is faulty or you have experienced an adverse reaction. If this is the case, please contact us immediately — your dog's wellbeing is our priority.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at brendan@powderypaws.com.au with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
