Shipping Policy — Powdery Paws

At Powdery Paws, we're committed to getting your dog's nutrition to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer two delivery options within Australia:

• Standard Shipping — estimated delivery 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping — estimated delivery 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide. International Standard Shipping typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your destination and local customs processing times. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
